The Mosaic Project of South Texas is proud to announce that we have been awarded a $5,000 grant from Texas Pride Impact Funds at The Dallas Foundation to support our general operations. This generous funding strengthens our overall capacity to serve the LGBTQ+ community and allows us to advance key initiatives—including the rollout of our clinical Mental Health Support Groups partnership with Strengthening Wellness—while continuing to enhance a range of vital community services.

While the funding supports our general operations, it also enables us to launch key initiatives such as our clinical Mental Health Support Groups in collaboration with Strengthening Wellness. This program is designed to offer professional, evidence-based mental health support in a safe, inclusive environment.”
The grant will help us focus on several key areas:
1. Expanding Access to Care: Enhancing the quality and reach of our mental health services, including our new support groups, to ensure community members receive comprehensive care.
2. Strengthening Community Programs: Bolstering our overall initiatives to create safe and inclusive spaces for education, outreach, and support.
3. Enhancing Operational Capacity: Providing the necessary resources to improve program delivery and community engagement efforts across our operations.
4. Building Long-Term Partnerships: Facilitating collaborations with local organizations, such as Strengthening Wellness, to ensure sustained impact in the communities we serve.
